Service and provider

ND Gestión Taller is Nice Digital software for professional workshop management on Windows, with account, synchronisation, licensing and backup services. Support: hola@nice-digital.eu.

Trial and plans

Every new account receives 90 days of full Gestión Pro and up to 5 devices. Afterwards: Basic EUR22.00/month (1 device), Taller EUR49.00/month (up to 3) or Gestión Pro EUR79.00/month (up to 5). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Subscription

Paddle handles sales and payments as authorised reseller and Merchant of Record under its buyer terms. Review total, plan and dates before confirming. Payment must be verified; returning from checkout does not grant access. Subscribing early preserves the remaining trial; monthly charges start on the date shown. Registration without subscribing does not trigger automatic charges.

Cancellation

Cancel renewal through the Paddle portal. Access lasts until the end of the paid period and renewals stop when cancellation takes effect. Refunds are requested separately under Refunds and Paddle terms without limiting mandatory rights.

Use and data

Protect credentials and authorise only workshop devices. Check data, documents and tax settings. Expiry does not automatically delete data; keep backups and check their status. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or indefinite storage.

Updates and rights

We release maintenance and security updates. Optional integrations require authorisation and also depend on third parties. Contact support for problems. No clause excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be limited. Material changes will be communicated where required without retroactively removing acquired rights.
