Responsibilities

Nice Digital processes account and support data to provide ND Gestión Taller. The workshop chooses the customer and vehicle data it enters and must have a valid basis for processing it. Privacy and rights: hola@nice-digital.eu.

Data and purposes

We process registration/contact details, licence/device identifiers, technical security information and operational data you synchronise or back up for accounts, authorisation, support and recovery. We do not receive your full card number.

Paddle and providers

Paddle handles purchases as Merchant of Record under its privacy policy. We receive transaction, subscription and document references and statuses; full workshop operational data is not transferred to Paddle. Hosting and communications may involve providers processing data to deliver the service.

Basis and retention

Service and support rely on the contract; security on legitimate interests, legal obligations where applicable and optional integrations on your authorisation. Expiry and cancellation do not automatically delete data. Retention depends on the service, your requests and applicable obligations; indefinite retention is not promised.

Google Calendar

Connection requires your OAuth authorisation to synchronise appointments. We do not ask for your Google password, sell that data or use it for advertising. Revoke access in the application or Google. Use of Google API data complies with its policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Security and rights

We apply access controls, workshop isolation and HTTPS. Some data is local and some synchronised or backed up in the service. You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection where applicable, withdraw permissions and contact the competent authority. International transfers are subject to applicable safeguards.

Preferences

We use mechanisms needed for sessions, security and language. Language is stored in a first-party, non-advertising cookie. Paddle may use its own mechanisms when checkout opens.
